How to Return

  1. Email us at info@talisyra.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders).
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

What's Covered

  • All unworn, undamaged jewelry in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items on arrival — we cover return shipping
  • Wrong items received — we cover return shipping

What's Not Covered

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items returned after 90 days
