Can I start with a small trial order?
Often yes, but it depends on the supplier. Minimum order quantities are set by each supplier, and some will not accept small runs for certain products. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm what is actually possible before you commit.
Can you inspect products before shipping?
Yes, within an agreed scope. We discuss what will be checked and how, before the inspection happens, so you know what the check covers. An inspection has a defined scope — it is not a guarantee against every possible defect.
Can you consolidate multiple supplier orders?
We can help coordinate orders from several suppliers, including arranging for goods to be collected and combined where that is practical. We do not operate our own warehouse; consolidation is handled through third-party facilities or logistics partners depending on what suits your order.
Can suppliers ship directly to my forwarder?
Often this works well. If you already have a forwarder, we can coordinate with them so the supplier ships to the address they provide. We will confirm the arrangement with you and the supplier first.
How do I send product photos or links?
Use the form on this page — there is a field for a 1688 or Taobao link. For photos, send them to us on WhatsApp, since the form cannot accept file uploads. Include your name or the product name so we can match the photos to your enquiry.
